December 2005 Archives
No, we can't lay claim to the honor of having the first post of 2006. In fact, it's still 2005 here in San Francisco, but we’d like to introduce Pat and David, a blogging duo who use Movable Type and are so dedicated that one of them actually flew to Australia, where 2006 first hits major metropolises, just so they could have a New Year's post ahead of the rest of us.
Pat and David run the National Association of Manufacter’s blog, which has grown to a 14,000+ hits per week in just 14 months. They started the NAM blog to show readers how cutting edge manufacturers can be, and how a lot of them work on cool new products. Now, it’s also become a central part of their organization's overall communications.
On holidays, they like to showcase manufacturers who help enable celebrations, like fireworks makers on Fourth of July. For New Year's Eve, the blog is spotlighting clock manufacturers.
Thanks, Pat and David, for ringing in 2006, Movable Type style!
Happy New Year!
